This is the first winter batch of Anchang-style soy sauce duck (550g), handcrafted by Qingfeng No.1 in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, China.

Made only during the winter season, each duck is carefully prepared using traditional Anchang curing methods. Fresh local ducks are first rubbed with spiced salt and Sichuan pepper, then marinated in a secret family soy sauce blend until fully infused. After marination, the duck is naturally air-dried to about 70–80% dryness, creating a rich umami flavor and savory aroma.

Because the ducks are prepared in a natural environment rather than an industrial facility, slight variations in weight, taste, and texture between batches are normal, reflecting genuine traditional craftsmanship.

This product is part of our Anchang Traditional Cured Meats Series, where you can learn more about the history, small-batch winter production, and authentic Anchang flavors.
